FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Independent Presbyterian Church and the IPC Foundation are looking for the right candidate to be the Finance Director of the Church and Executive Director of the Foundation.  The successful candidate will have proven financial acumen, experience managing within the non-profit arena and knowledge of banking and financial markets.  In addition, a college degree in accounting or business management is strongly preferred.  Job responsibilities include

  • Provide overall leadership to the IPC Foundation
  • Develop and execute investment policies
  • Participate actively in the grant-making process of   the Foundation
  • Financial leadership of the Church and Foundation
  • Compile and present for approval the annual budgets for the Church and Foundation

Church Choir Director needed for Covenant Presbyterian Church, Tuscaloosa, Alabama
Part-time (Wednesday night & Sunday mornings). Experience in Liturgical worship and choral directing. Prepare choir through regular rehearsals. Lead Choir in Sunday worship.
Oversee all vocal presentations. Assist in planning worship. Present music for special services. Maintain music library. Participate in the total life of the church.

Ramsay Memorial is looking for a retired minister or Commission Ruling Elder to preach two or three Sundays a month.   Ramsay Memorial is off I-85 at exit 32 in Tuskegee.  Anita Floyd is the clerk, you can contact her at 334-727-3732.  They have a membership of 32 and the congregation is warm and loving.
